Computer programming. Computer programming is the process of writing instructions to  make a computer program (Computer Program is a set of instructions) .The instructions (source code) are written in a high level programming language e.g. FORTRAN, C++, GW-BASIC, COBOL, PASCAL, JAVA etc.
